02 · PURPOSE AND USE
Use the universe responsibly.
Planet Takeover provides time-limited online auctions for exclusive control of advertising spaces represented as planets, together with payment authorisation, winner notification and a private Studio for configuring the winning campaign.
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, manipulate an auction, impersonate another person or publish unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing material.
The timing, bidding, authorisation, capture and rotation mechanics are explained in the Auction Rules. The official countdown shown by the service determines the closing time.
03 · CONTENT AND AVAILABILITY
Rights, links and continuity.
The Planet Takeover name, interface, original graphics, copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property rules. A winner keeps responsibility for and any rights they hold in the campaign materials they submit, while granting the limited permission needed to display them during the takeover.
Campaigns may link to third-party websites. Those destinations are controlled by their respective operators; Planet Takeover does not adopt or guarantee their content solely because a link appears on a planet.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the service. Temporary interruption may still occur for maintenance, provider incidents or causes outside reasonable control. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
04 · LAW AND CONTACT
Spanish law applies.
This website and its services are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts determined under applicable procedural and consumer law; mandatory consumer jurisdiction is not displaced.
